Our soon-to-be-released 2025 Pinot Noir is a pure, precise and vibrant expression of the varietal, crafted from carefully selected parcels in Limoux, a region known for its freshness and finesse.
On the nose, it opens with lifted aromas of fresh cherry, wild strawberry and raspberry, layered with a subtle floral note and a touch of delicate spice.
The palate is supple and juicy, with bright red fruit at its core, framed by fine tannins and a natural, refreshing acidity that gives the wine energy and flow. There’s a lovely sense of balance throughout, with just enough structure to hold its shape while remaining approachable and versatile.
